Blocked rainwater outlet

So this guttering system that we was called out to due to water overflowing they had asked us to come with our sky vac machine to clean the gutter when we got there we then had worked out that it was blocked at the rainwater outlet on the swan this is a very common problem. We engaged in dismantling the outlet and then discovered a shuttlecock stuck in the drain which was collecting all the gutter crud and had aided the blockage. His 9 year old son said he knew nothing of the incident and said it was probably caused by his 3 year old sister who has a really good volley for her age.
